Mordukhay Design Objects is a place for experimentation and expression in the physical space. MDO explores the intersections between graphic identity and ceramic objects.
Collections are released once in a while. Most collections are made of about a dozen uniques pieces that explore a singular visual, functional, and/or conceptual theme. In an attempt to explore variation, and with the nature of handmade ceramics in general, each piece is unique.
The ceramics work is made by Nick D’amico, 1/2 of the design studio Mordukhay.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
Please allow up to 14 business days for order processing. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS.
Customers have the choice between USPS Parcel Select (about 7 days once shipped) and USPS Priority Mail (about 3 days once shipped).
We require a signature for all orders above $100 to avoid items being lost in transit. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Estimated transportation times are below:
California: 2-4 business days
Western US: 4-6 business days
Midwest: 5-7 business days
Eastern US: 7-9 business days
Please note that the above times are estimates.

RETURNS
All orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please note that the nature of ceramics and handmade goods allow for imperfections. Each ceramic piece is unique, with color variation and diverse textures throughout the clay body. Glazed items may have varying thickness and textures. Variations are not considered defects.
At this time, we can only accept returns for items that were broken in transit. We do our best to pack every shipment with extreme care, but please reach out with your order number and photos to studio@mordukhay.com if you have any issues. Any transit breakage issues must be communicated within 3 days of receiving your order.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact studio@mordukhay.com with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping label has been created.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
Orders are generally processed and shipped Monday - Friday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with order and tracking information. Once a shipping label is printed, it may take up to 48 hours to see movement on the carrier's website.
CARE AND USE
Our ceramic peices do best when handwashed.
The inside of all our our pieces are glazed to seal the pot for use. Each peice is uniquely handmade and imperfect. When filling with water on its first use, we recommend placing the pot on a non-damaging surface to observe for possible condensation.
